1. Non-Refundable Products

All items purchased under our “Ghost Kit” initiative are final and non-refundable. These kits are donated to underfunded youth groups, and once dispatched, they cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Re-Loved Kits

Our re-loved kits are carefully checked and rechecked to ensure they are complete. No refunds will be given for these kits. However, if you believe there are missing pieces, please contact us at letsgoconstruct@gmail.com, and we will promptly look into the issue for you.

3. Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns for items that:

• • Arrive damaged or defective.
  • Are returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact.

To qualify for a return, you must:

• • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts.
